Bingo Card Purchase
Bingo Cards are available in a package of 1 card with 3 faces and sell for $4.00 each.
Cards are sold in 57 Circle K /Esso / Ultramar stores in the Ottawa area (Orleans to Carleton Place & Almonte).
Each card is dated and color coded with the date of the show for which it is purchased, and is valid only for the date of issue.
Each card may be re-used for all of the 4 games during the TV Bingo show for which it is dated (do not use a dabber until the Crazy X, L, T as the game continues to the Full Card). The first two games you will be removing your buttons so you can use the same cards again.
Each card contains a different serial number located in the free space in the center of the card and on the bottom right. This number is matched by a number in the Kiwanis TV Bingo computer program, and is used to verify that a card being played is a winning card on that game.
All potential winners must validate their winning card(s) by calling 613-728-1001 and, a potential winner must provide the card serial number that will be confirmed by the TV Bingo phone operator.

Winning Players
All players must be at least 18 years of age.
The telephone number of the Rogers TV Cable 22 Studio is listed on each Bingo Card package. This is a special number for the use of TV Bingo players, and there are three phone lines available for TV Bingo. Players must call 613-728-1001 if they have a winning Bingo card.
Players will be asked for the serial number of the winning card. This number is listed in the Free Square on the card, and also at the bottom right corner of the card.
The Computer Operator will enter the serial number into the computer program to verify if the player has a winning card.
If there is more than one winner, the prize for that game is shared equally with all winners.
Cheques for the prizes are issued and you should receive within 5 to 10 business days (please note the further you live from town, the longer the delivery may take).
Special Circumstances For Kiwanis TV Bingo Operation
The TV Bingo Host will stop calling Bingo numbers and end the game when a phone call is received from a validated winner of the game at the Rogers TV Cable 22 Studio.
Following any valid complaint from a player about an interruption in their cable service or a downed telephone line, that player may either receive a new card for the TV Bingo Show the following Monday evening or have the option of being reimbursed for the purchase of affected cards resulting from the service interruption.
Should a player not be able to get through on the telephone to Rogers TV Cable 22 because of technical or other problems until after the next game has begun, their winning card can still be verified during the show by the use of our second (back-up) computer.
Cards will only be honored for the show for which they are dated and only up to the conclusion of that current Bingo show.
TV Bingo winners will be declared using all of the balls that are called for that game. This permits Kiwanis TV Bingo to honor all calls, which may be from valid winners up to 10 minutes after the full card game is completed.
